How to Boot Your Android Phone into Recovery Mode

What is Recovery Mode?                                                                                                                  You may have known something about it somewhere else before. Here, we say it one of the Android system modes that you can enter to update or back up the system files with zipped ROM on the SD card. Previous Recovery version offers you just three options, which don’t allow you to back up the system, and you can only update the device through “update.zip” file. With new Recovery version, more options are provided for you to choose.

So how to put your device in Recovery mode?
If your phone is on, turn it off.
Press and hold the Volume up button and the Power button at the same time until the device turns on.
Press the Volume down button to select “Recovery mode.”
